A Pink Cadillac
Out early this morning on another Craig's list adventure. Could not tell from the tiny picture if the machine was pink but could tell it was a Japanese clone, it was $20, so off I went, it was a beautiful ride to the Pocono mountains.
Well it was pink but it was a dirty pink and it has some wear and tear. Cleaned it up with machine oil. It has the bobbin case, wiring is good, runs great, needs tension spring replaced. No rust at all, case is in good shape, but smells like the basement. Have not named her yet.
I think it looks just like Elvis's Cadillac.

My sweet husband actually tried to replace the tension spring today but the extra one I had from another clone was too big.
Big step toward getting him interested in working on these machines.

Very cool - it does have a Barbie/Elvis look.
