That is one cool, blue machine. Look at that shiny chrome! It is not a 15 clone though. Rather looks Brother to me. I bet the medallion says precision on it.

whoops. For a 15 clone, the tensioner should be on the end. I just looked at the stitch dial, which was dumb of me.

I would have been excited also. Actually it is a good thing that machine is clear across the country from me. For the price, I would have made room for that one. It looks as if it would clean up very nicely.

It's cool. Nope, I've never seen that Badged name before.

I do like the looks of that one.

I found a Rogers machine once and tried to find the manufactorer. There is no such manfacturer I found out. A gentleman who retired from singer told me that they would put any name you wanted on a machine if you would order a pallette of them. He told me who he thought the manufacturer was. I bought 4 or 5 machine at Goodwill that day for 10.00 each. The rogers turned out to be the best machine.

I bet it is a good machine. Check out other Japanese machines: http://www.quiltingboard.com/vintage...s-t207877.html
There are a lot of badged machines - we also have some good info on the 15 clones: http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...p-t164361.html And sometimes you can identify the Japanese machines from the bottom of the machine: http://www.quiltingboard.com/vintage...e-t207416.html I'm sure there are places you can google to find a whole lot more information

I have never even seen a machine like her. She's a real beauty-love the throat on her.
