OH my! Not a word of truth. The serial number indicates 1 of 15000. With a date of 12/18/1952.

How about "The letter counts as part of the serial number too. And how many electric motors were there in regular old domestic households in 1871?" Pre 1900 - number only. 1900 to today - Letters and numbers

Those must have been real fancy folk to have had electricity in 1870. My mom was born in 1924 and they didn't have electricity until about 1930.
