BTW - I must say that it is one of the best looking mods I have seen. I have a 29-4 and I agree. The first ting I thought when i saw that is "what machine used a stepped deck like that..."

I'm sure the base was modified- there's only a horizontal center support on the L side platform, and an odd vertical center support added. It does look a bit like the old telephone "gossip benches".

The decals are in lovely shape. 99 in a cabinet.
