Bid on darn 15 and then I find them crawling out of the woodwork on CL!

Do any of these look like 15's?

This one says sears, but it says singer right on the machine.

I'm certain this is a 15, but a clone. Which is also awesome. Looks like a godzilla finish

I wonder if this is really a good deal. Only 40 bucks

I really hope this one is still available

You guys are serious enablers!! Does anyone know if accessories, feet bobbins, whatever, for the 66 are interchangeable with a 15?

1. 15-91
2. Looks like a 99 to me.
3. No comment (I'm not crazy about godzillas)
4. More than I'd be willing to pay.
5. Cabinet is pretty rough...depends on how much you want to invest in refinishing or replacement.

I'd go for the first one! :) Even if you win the bid on the other one you can always clean up and resell...

I agree with Charlee. I would at least look at the CL 15-91 and decide. A bird in the hand............ And early as it is in the auction, there is a good chance you will be outbid on GW. The 15-91 will use a 15 bobbin, as opposed to the 66 in the 66, but they are readily available. The other feet and accessories should work, providing your 66 is a side clamp low shank too.

Not any worse than the chemicals used to kill the stuff that one can purchase at a Home Depot.

Third, fourth, and fifth look like the same machine, which looks like a National-not Singers.

Ditto!! Very pretty. There was a Brunswick in our area not long ago, but they wanted $350, and she was not as good as yours...in fact, much worse!

I have a question concerning the Free treadle machine I tried to sew with for the first time today. It wants to skip stitches every 2 or 3 inches as I sew along. The tension seems good and I have checked the needle to be sure it is inserted correctly, and it seems like it is, but I am looking for any help you might have. I have exhausted my information from the manual and can't see any help there. I have a new needle in and am sewing with 2 pieces of cotton.

$350 that is steep this one was less than 40. I have been cleaning on it today and it is not bad at all.
