Regency 15 Clone

Regency 15 Clone
I have a chance to pick up a blue Regency 15 clone for free. The case is in bad shape but the machine looks pristine. No attachments or manual. It is frozen up. Anyone know anything about this machine? I passed it up, trying to be practical, but can't get it off my mind... I really don't have room for it or the time right now to work on it.

Most 15 clones are so similar as to be basically the same. If it's free, then grab it. Tri-Flow everything, gently work it, don't force anything and I'll wager it will respond.
Generic manuals can be had at ISMACS and the cases can be rebuilt.
I'd go for it.

I would have went for it. Lots of info on clones on here - what Joe says will free it up most likely. The clones fit in some Singer cabinets and cases:

and this is a pretty old post but fun - I would do just what Joe said first thing..
