I agree with you Joe, it's a tension problem.. But I'm afraid to take it apart.. So I turned the cone over and now it seem to work OK... I hate to monkey with it, as the stitches are so good.... This is a new machine to me, so will work with it for awhile. Thanks for all the help....

You know if you are afraid to work on it maybe you would do well to find someone who does work on the old machines. I'm sure there is someone in St Louis. It might be worth your while.
