    Jon,

We used to have JoAnn, Hancock, and Hobby Lobby fabric stores here. Then JoAnn closed out their two small stores and opened one big one. The year after that Hancock announced the closing of it's store. Before Hancock's announcement was a day old JoAnns raised their prices at least 20%. They've raised them even more since.
About the only time we shop there is when we can use the 40, 50, or 60% off coupons. Otherwise it just costs to much to shop there.
