I'm always baffled why people put "would make a great conversation piece" in their ads ....

    "What's that?"
"Old sewing machine. Got it from some dude on Craigs list for $75.00"
    "Got any beer?"
May your stitches always be straight, your seams always lie flat, and your grain never be biased against you.

This is such a classic ad. Top dollar, blurry pics (none of actual machine) and no info!
I know that $450 is just leaping out of my wallet.

Wow - I dug around on their CL and found a ton of cool stuff though. I would be there whipping out my wallet on that $25 Viking.

No kidding! I once has a sales coach tell me that there's one reason that something won't sell. It's priced too high for what it is. I would love a little La Vencedora, but I don't want it that badly. It's possible all the machines in the house cost less than that, combined. Erm... ok... that was maybe true before the arrival of the 222.
