the shuttle race area still needs a bit of polishing before I will really run it. Hopefully tonight I will have a photos of some test stitches.
This will be my first real foray into the wood side of the refinishing world... woo hoo!

My Singer 1917 127K that belonged to my husbands' grandmother. The treadle iron work has been re-painted since taking the photo. It came with all her old sewing stuff in the drawers including the original manual, oil can and attachments. Am currently battling tension woes with her as she is being cranky cause I took her tension assembly apart and her shuttle to clean. All has been reassembled now but she is very cross with me!

Ruby2shoes, how lucky to have a family heirloom machine! Very nice 127 with the Tiffany, aka Gingerbread decals! Come on over to the Vintage Sewing Machine Shop and we can discuss your machine! We all love talking about our vintage machines! http://www.quiltingboard.com/vintage...3881-2035.html
