Attached is a picture (I hope). I found them in an antique sewing machine cabinet. I always thought they were bobbins for a shuttle machine, but now I'm not so sure. Are they worth anything. The spools are wood, so cute. Thanks for any help.

They do look like they would fit in a shuttle machine. The only other thing they might be is for lace making?

Appear to be prewound long bobbins. Which make of sewing machine were they with? Neat find.

Would they have anything to do with two-spool machines? I have not clue what they look like. I would love to have some of them for my collection of sewing things, whatever they are.

They look like very old pre-wound bobbins to me too.

Prewounds have apparently been around for a very long time. Here is a box of them, captured from that auction place, and obviously for a very old machine; plus a couple that are somewhat newer.

Very neat. I used to have some similar to yours but a different maker. One box was marked Singer for their New Family model and the other Domestic for their fiddlebed machine.

These are for the Singer New Family (as Jon mentioned above) and date to about 1875-1880
