Wire thread guide for Singer 66

Wire thread guide for Singer 66
I just obtained a Singer 66 treadle but it is missing the wire thread guide that sits just above the needle. Where would I be able to obtain a replacement? It is Ser. No. G0484598 so 104 years old, I think. Thanks for helping me.
