I have these tweo great books given to my by a dear 80 year old friend who has gone on to Glory. It is entitled: "Horsefeathers and Other Curious Words", by Charles Eartl Funk, Jr. and " Heavens to Betsy and Other Curious Sayings, He not only list the crazy terms,ut explains them.
