The night before Zippy (our youngest kitty) went to the vet to be spade, I made her a quilt. It made perfect sense to me since Nummy had her own quilts. About an hour after her scheduled surgery, I called and asked the tech to check on her for me. I was on 'hold' for a few minutes when she came back on the phone kinda chuckeling. She had gone back, asked if Zip was out of recovery, was told that Zip was back in her kennel. So she went to that kennel looked in, saw ONLY Zips quilt but no Zippy. She asked again, fearing that Zippy had had a set back. Again was told that Zip was doing well and in her kennel. My tech opened the door to get the lil quilt and find Zippy (understand that Zip was a "rescue kitty" and when I first took her there, the tech was holding her to draw her blood for her Fe-Luke test and said,"OMG, she's purring!" The tech fell in love with her that day. So anyway, when she reached in for Zip's quilt she found Zippy under it! That's how tiny she was.
