2. i am not a lawyer but the answers in this specific situation are pretty clear.
3. everything published in her blog is copyright protected.
4. there is nothing unique about any of the items she shows us how to make. crawl any craft fair and you will find all of it.
5. if she sues somebody who copies her instructions and distributes them without her permission she'll win.
6. if she sues somebody who sells the items they make using her instructions she will get laughed out of court. AND have to pay the defendant's legal fees and court costs.
