5. if she sues somebody who copies her instructions and distributes them without her permission she'll win.
6. if she sues somebody who sells the items they make using her instructions she will get laughed out of court. AND have to pay the defendant's legal fees and court costs.
BINGO!!!! Yip - this is what I believe, too. And I went to the home page....she's removed the yo-yo Christmas ornament instructions.
I admire her ingenuity and determination to make the instructions, take pictures, etc....and would NEVER take that stuff and say they're mine. The the end product.....that's a different story.
