You can do it with a walking foot, but it's awkward. It would be easier to handle the quilt if you did it with the free motion foot. The only problem I have with that is keeping the line straight. I did try to hold a ruler up against the foot, but it needs to be thicker, maybe 1/4 inch so the foot doesn't skip over the ruler.
Think I might try hand quilting the face logo probably the only way to do it well. I've never hand quilted any tips?
