I started one for "fabric needy" for how small of a scrap is still usable.
I think that would be a good list to have - of people willing to pay the postage for treasures - I haven't noticed one.
I think some of us acquired fabric when we had more income - and now that we are getting older and downsizing - we might be wiling to share, but the cost of shipping is a deterrent.
