LAYOUT SETTING AND BORDER OPTIONS FOR PIONEER SAMPLER FOR ADOPTEES
As we come to the end of our quilt blocks it is time to think about your layout.
Some options are; Straight set, layout your blocks in a pleasing order and sew blocks directely together; Sashing without cornerstones
With sashing and cornerstones (one of my favorites)
Cornerstones can be plain squares or small pieced blocks your choice
On point with alternate squares (squares will be cut 12 ½ inches) this layout requires setting triangles and triangle corners. More in this option if anyone is interested, I would need to figure out sizes to cut the setting and corner triangles. Just let me know if you are interested.
