If you want to talk building, you should see around here! It's all 4 story apartments and I swear they want practically this whole area of S Main St to be that way! My parents have had real estate people sniffing around, hoping he'll retire and let them broker the deal for them. It's so sad. Don't get me wrong, the money will be good, but I know he'd prefer to sell the business and see the hospital go on. Nowadays, the veterinarians are in shopping malls!
I agree about Homeowners associations, and on top of that you have to pay, out here, hundreds of dollars a month in fees!
