It doesn't look like this is a current line anymore, but my best guess is it's "Swirls" by P & B Textiles. I found this site that has it in a few colors, but unfortunately I haven't found it in the color you have anywhere.

I can't tell from your pic, but does it have little bits of silver metallic thread going through it? If yes, then it is for sure from this line. If you click on the pics of the link (click twice to get them their biggest), you'll see what I mean.
