Hi, I got caught up for a bit and just now sent you a PM.

It is finished in the back with a plain one piece like we would do on a quilt.

I don't know if it was paper piecing or not. Originally I thought I was ordering an enamel pin done in a log cabin. I was quite surprised and delighted to get what was sent!

When I try it for myself I think I will sew 2 wider strips together and then trim on both sides before joining with two other trimmed strips together. Does that make sense? Anyway, I will let you know.
Check an earlier post in this thread as this is a suggestion Rhonda made. So yes it does make sense. She really does great things with very accurate piecing!
