There really aren't definte measurements for quilts. It depends on how much overhang you want. If you want a queen size that goes all the way to the floor it's going to depend on how far it is from mattress top to floor plus the length and width of the mattress. If you want it to just hang to the top of the bed skirt it'll depend on how thick your mattress is. Too many variables to set a definite size.
