No worries! It will get finished, but unless I have a rush job to get a gift quilt made, I always put all my quilt tops away for a while when I get them finished and I always have 2 sandwiched WIPs handy to work on when I get some time to do so. The 2 I'm currently quilting are both king sized ... each nearly half completed, one all hand quilted and the other combined machine and hand quilting.

Just a little p.s. to what I wrote above. I like to keep several smaller tops ... lap top size, preferably, for "emergencies". By that I mean if, for example, I get word that a friend is sick and, in my opinion, in need of a quilt, I can go through my box of finished quilt tops, choose one, finish it and give/send it to the friend. It's so much quicker than having to start from scratch.
