I participated in a guild workshop today led by Ann Fahl -- she is a fabric embroidery artist. The titanium needles by Superior were her recommendation, also. For the embroidery work we used "Top=stitch" needles. No (or very seldom) a broken thread--we used all kinds of "fancy" thread. These needles were wonderful.
