My Pfaff 2170 is sick. The top tension is off and I've tried everything I can think of to fix it.
If this were a mechanical machine I'd just get a screw driver and open it up and try to find the problem myself, but these computerized machines are beyond me.
Of course I'm in the middle of a quilt! I won't get my machine back for 1 or 2 weeks. Hate it.
