I saw the story on this a while back. The owners couldn't figure out why their water bill was so high. The utility company checked their meter, a plumber checked their pipes, and no one could figure it out. They finally decided, not sure why, to put a camera in the bathroom and this is what they found. Too too funny!! They now keep the bathroom doors closed. No surprise there. :P
