Yes I should have a "back up" but I don't anymore. Every time I buy one my DDs and neice "borrow" them....lol.
Anyway, the good news is:
1. my machine isn't broken after all. I took it to the dealer and the service guy was there and he looked, said "your throatplate isn't seated all the way". He fixed it right there.
2. He didn't charge me!!!!
What a sweetie!! Made my day.
I told him I wanted to pay him something so he said $20 will be plenty. What a deal!!
