I have the 6600P which is a great machine
It does require you to work out the settings to suit you on the 1/4 foot but I have no problems with that
Some of the accu feed feet I dont use
It is a very heavy machine so not suitable to cart around
But I have had Janomes for a very long time and never had any trouble with them
Depending on what you want to pay they are releasing a new machine the 7700 Horizon
You may want to look at that
There has been a lot of discussion about it but it is probably over $3000
