My schedule already ran from noonish to 4 in the morning. I just had to adjust by a couple hours. It actually was a little hard the first couple of days, but I've gotten more used to it. Now if I can completely block out the sunlight while I sleep I'll be in business. I need total darkness to sleep and I got that because before I'd get to bed before the sun came up. But now (even after pinning towels to the curtains!) the sun comes up a couple hours before I go to sleep. It seems like I haven't been getting a quality sleep because I'm not falling asleep to complete darkness.
