I grew up playing on my grandparents farms with cows hogs and chickens dogs cats and playing in the fields and the timber. My kids got to do that on their grandparents farm but now that is all gone and I wish my grands could experience the freedom and fun of the farm life. I tried to find a local farm that had livestock and I couldn't find any. The remaining farms don't raise livestock anymore. That has gone to the big conglomerates now. So sad to lose that kind of lifestyle.
