and because you can say I quilt to people openly, but can you say I take Valium as openly? And quilting is more soothing than any medication. I tried to convince my 14 yr old who has anxiety and panic attacks that quilting would greatly reduce his anxiety but he didn't go for it. But I believe it is true, quilting and chocolate.
