This is the jacket that I made for my MIL for mother's day. She is always cold, even in the heat of the summer. The idea came from two postings here. One about doing the quilted jacket and one about how to use a jelly roll by sewing all the strips together end to end (that is how I made my "fabric" to top the sweatshirt.
