Bit of useless info - I used to live in the Cotswolds, UK where much of Pride & Predjudice was filmed - the local town in the series is Lacock near where I went to horticultural college and the proposal scene was actually shot on my friends' Richard's and Liz's farm! He was told what crops he could and couldn't sow that year so that there would be no anachronisms. And so I've stood on the exact spot where Mr Darcy proposed to Elisabeth! Although unfortunately not at the same time! LOL
Swoon! Lucky you! How fun! Darcy proposed more than once, but I assume you mean the final proposal in the movie when they were out walking? I love that movie...the book too!
