I'm in town and trying to figure out where I can put a small garden, at least so I can have fresh in season, but livestock?? the city won't let me!! I do go to a store which sells local produce and has a butcher shop. I go to Wally World for a few things..cat litter, junk food and cleaning supplies. I'd get some frozen items, but by the time you stand in line 20-25 minutes, why bother?? I never have understood why they have 25 checkouts and NEVER more than 5 open..what a waste. I don't think its a matter of being willing to go elsewhere, its a matter of necessity. I did notice that they have cut their selection way back and its mostly store brand now. I do not trust them, not one bit. I work for a very large company who does supply some items to them. They are very very pushy about how much an item can sell for and insist suppliers cut costs. Its always a disaster waiting to happen, no one store should have that much control over the market. When they first started up didn't they tout how all their stuff was from USA? Greed is a terrible thing.
