From my understanding to do a king size quilt you need a minimum of a 12' frame! Not everyone has the room for that. I know I don't so when I get my setup it will have to be a 10' frame. And I plan on spending a heckuva lot more money for my long arm than 2K.

Another question, so if one were to make a king size quilt they'd have to send it out to finish?
