but I want a larger store to run through, shouting

It depends on the store and sometimes time of the year whether they will accept more than one. (Don't try it on Black Friday!) I've used my printed flyer coupon, a printed one from the Sunday paper and my email coupon all on the same visit. Also locally, they will accept Michael's coupons as long as it is something they both might carry.
