There are smaller scripts for emb machines that would work well for that.
http://emblibrary.com/ has some and they are pretty reasonable.
There are also designs for the emb machine for applique work. You print out the outline of the applique, and cut the fabric. The machine sews an outline stitch, you spray baste the back of the applique and stick it down in the outline. The machine then satin stitches the appliques down.
Maybe someone here has seen an eagle applique design like this :D:D:D
