Has anyone bought the Martha Stewart rotary cutter and ruler?
Walmart carries them in the decorations aisle. The cutter rides on the guide that is on the ruler. You have to buy the cutter separatly though. When I checked on line for the cutter it says it costs $20.00. But I went to the store earlier and I think it was $15.00 or $16.00. And I think the same with the ruler. The ruler was 6 x 14 or 18".
Any how, if you have do you like it? How well does it work for you? It is in the decorating depart. But the packaging on the ruler looks like they were using fabric to me.
