10 YEARS! What does your doctor recommend? Isn't there hormone testing for natural cremes to help?
I took a soy supplement 4 times a day and it kept the flashes to a minimum and then they only lasted about 6 months. My body reminded me when it was time to take another soy.
Caffeine and chocolate and alchohol (in any form) are
BIG NO-NOs. When I've eaten/drank them I could feel an increase in the flashes that the soy wasn't taking care of.
A "PM Non-Aspirin" was my bestest friend for a LONG TIME.
