This is true! Most collections are only printed once. Sometimes the better selling prints in a collection get printed again... but not if it's a holiday line. Unless it's by Benartex. They keep their designs around longer than most companies.

That's the best explanation I've heard. It really does make sense, even if we didn't want to hear it!
Fabric lines will get printed again if they can sell the amount they need to print. Factories won't print up a few dozen bolts - it's usually a tremendous amount, that would probably not all be sold the second time around. That's why when fabric is gone, it's not reprinted. So but it when you see it, and assume it's not coming back!
