They are normally in with the scrap booking stuff but it's the exact same as the quilting ones. there isn't any difference between them. I have a little MS blade cutter and love it for my quilting projects. there is no handle on it just the blade and a cover and it was only $1 at a surplus store. i also by scrapbooking templates for quilt templates.
