Hi, I'm 61 and have had two surgeries for this problem. Same old story, 3 c.sections, total abd. hysterectomy therefore.....
First surgery worked for only about 2 yrs. Second surgery was what's called a pubo-vaginal sling. It was done by my gynecologist about 7 years ago and to date is still successful.
Recovery was not bad. Out of work for 2 weeks then just taking it easy with lifting. Good luck.
