Did you get the fabric to stop bleeding?
My DD brought a pair of pants (tie-dyed) home from Equador. We put those in a salt bath (dissolved the salt in water, the n added the pants when the water had cooled.) I left it to sit for at least 24 hours. The pants get washed with her other laundry, and do not bleed.
For my quilting fabric, I use retayne.
So, were you successful?
