I have one quilt my Grannie made. Its a rail fence one made out of polyester. it was made sometime in the 70"s. It was handpieced and I have done tons of repair work on it and it seems anytime anyone even looks at it more seams come undone. But I treasure it anyway. I also have some Sunbonnet Sue blocks she made. I made lapquilts for my sisters and mother using some of the blocks for Christmas this past year. My avatar pic shoes one of the lapquilts.
