My mother is going to take my grandfather to get his will done... Even though he says that he is leaving everything in trust... we want him to have a will... stating exactly who gets the apartment building... my mother hopes its either her or my sister and I... even my uncle (who would probably sign it over to us... and if he didn't, at least we would be the ones managing it due to him living in California... I already know who's receiving an eviction notice... I don't care if they are family... more info on that in my journal/diary thing) Technically I don't think they count for the building ... yeah, my gma's name was on the building... but passed in '03... My dad says that only my mother, or my sister and I have claim to that building... but if it came down to a fight... we have more people willing to back us up on it than they do...
Anywhos... my mom and grandfather have there wishes known. My sister and boyfriend are both going to draw up wills to state who gets Eden incase something happened to them... I hope they choose wisely :cough:me:cough: I mean... come on... Joeys sister already has three kids... :D (I love my niece like crazy! but she'd be in good hands if I was not the one picked)
