As far as I know, no return postage (my kit's arriving on Weds. I'll let you know if there is return postage). You can request multiple kits (I requested 2, one for me and one for my gf), they just request it comes back within 4-6 weeks. Speaking for what I would do, be careful not to get too many kits at once, in case life comes up and you can't get them done quickly. That's why I only did 1 for me.
