Ditto. I use pre-wound embroidery bobbins. I ran out and put a new one in, It kept breaking. I tried all the usual things - , made sure I had put the bobbin in the right way = still broke;cleaned out lint = broke again; changed needles = you guess it. Finally, I put in another new bobbin. Worked. So the pre-wound bobbin had a flaw. Nobody's perfect!
