Tricia, I'm sure you've motivated me to make a batch of oatmeal cookies today!

Like tlrnhi I make the one on the Quaker Oatmeal container. It's called Quaker's Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies http://www.quakeroats.com/qfb_Recipe...m?recipeid=474 A couple of years ago I got lucky and they were giving away a free "tin" with purchase of ONE container. The all the oatmeal fits right in the tin, and it has the directions right there.

I just make one change.... I ALWAYS use whole wheat flour. No one can tell the difference (and I make them all the time and even give them as gifts that people RAVE about) and it packs extra nutrition into every bite. It makes a lot and normally I make half with raisins and half without. (by scooping the cookies out on the cookie sheet until it's about gone and adding 1/2 raisins to the remaining half.
