Sorry to hear of your problems. I too had bought the same machine from Walmart for my daughter. Within the 4 days she had played with it maybe 3-4 hours worth of time, the thread got tangled a couple times then it made this clunking noise. On the 5 day we went to Walmart to return it. I hope that someone can help resolve your issues!
